1). Accept the invite to my client portal / create a login. You should receive your invite in your email inbox, or you can create your login details here: theakkitchen.practicebetter.io

3). Be sure to create your login before completing your intake forms. When filling out the intake forms, make sure to answer all required questions and hit submit & see the confirmation.
Intake forms must be completed 24 hours ahead of your first appointment or we will need to reschedule. Appointments that need to be rescheduled must be done so within 24 hours.
A fee may apply if initial appointments are rescheduled more than once.
4). Please upload any lab work (new & old) as well as photos of current supplements & medications in the client portal ‘documents’ section.
5). It is recommended that all new clients sign up for the New Client Consultation Package which includes one 90 minute initial consultation where we review lifestyle & health history and one 60 minute follow up where we review signs & symptoms. Appointments should be attended within one month. After both appointments, I will send a set of follow up recommendations via the client portal on Practice Better. You will be given a HIPPA compliant link with password which I will share with you in the client portal (you will get an email notification).
Supplement recommendations are made through a drop-ship dispensary, Fullscript. You can create an account to view general recommendations. If I include supplements in your recommendations, I will add them in the Practice Better client portal under ‘protocols’. You can also always find it on either Practice Better or in Fullscript.
To purchase supplements, I will build your cart in Practice Better. Purchasing will occur over at Fullscript, so you will need to create an additional account there. You can sign up here:
Please make it known if you prefer a printable copy of your recommendations which you can download via your email or pick up at KB Chiropractic. It is important for me to know early on how I should prepare feedback from our sessions.
Recommendations are typically completed within 1-3 weeks of your appointment. If you require recommendations on earlier notice, an additional fee may apply. If recommendations are provided after the 3 weeks then you are entitled to inquire about a free 15 minute follow up phone call or in person session to review your recommendations together.
