- 1/2 cup lemon infused olive oil you can use regular olive oil + 1 tsp meyer lemon zest
- 1/4 cup + apple cider vinegar- add more if you want it more tangy
- 1 Tbsp fine ground mustard + 1/2 tsp mustard seeds OR 1 1/2 Tbsp course mustard
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch dill, oregano, basil
Begin by mixing spices,, honey and mustard in the vinegar with a whisk
Slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture to create a creamy texture.
You can add 1/2 tsp of tapioca and whip it quickly with your whisk so the mixture stays emulsified and creamy.
